Need help now?

Email [email protected] from the address on your Weektable account. Include what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. For the Mac app, also include the Weektable version and your macOS version.

Sign-in help

  • Use the same email address or Google account you used to create your Weektable account.
  • If an email code expires, request a new code and use only the newest one.
  • Do not forward sign-in links or codes to Weektable support or anyone else.
  • If the app returns to sign-in unexpectedly, quit and reopen it once before contacting support.

Mac beta

Install only a version supplied through an official Weektable invitation or download page. Open the disk image, move Weektable to Applications when prompted, and launch it normally. Never bypass a macOS security warning to run a Weektable build.

If Weektable says the build was withdrawn, your account has not been removed from the beta. Quit the app, eject any mounted Weektable disk image, replace the copy in Applications with the current download, then confirm its version and build under About Weektable.

The current Mac beta includes weekly planning, Cookbook browsing and search, weekly groceries, and macro summaries. Recipe publishing and ratings, pantry editing, and grocery purchase check-off still use the web app while their native write controls are completed.

Planning and recommendations

  • Weekly preferences shape suggestions across the week; you can fine-tune them for one meal without changing the rest of the week.
  • Changing a filter or pantry priority refreshes the three recipe suggestions for that meal.
  • Show 3 more displays the next three matches and avoids repeats while unused matches remain.
  • Dietary filters can reduce incompatible suggestions, but always verify ingredients and labels for allergies.

Account data and privacy

Signed-in users can export or delete their Weektable data from Account & privacy in the web app. Removing the Mac app does not delete the account or cloud data. Review the Weektable Privacy Policy for details.

Report a problem safely

Please include:

  • the steps that led to the problem and what you expected;
  • the approximate date and time, including your time zone;
  • browser and operating-system versions, or the Mac app version and build;
  • a screenshot only when it does not expose private dietary, pantry, grocery, or account information.

Support will never ask for your password, one-time sign-in code, or any private key.

Uninstall the Mac app

Quit Weektable, move Weektable from Applications to the Trash, and empty the Trash when ready. This removes the local application but does not close your Weektable account. Use Account & privacy in the web app if you also want to export or delete account data.
